AIIMS Raipur has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible Chartered Accountant (CA) firms for providing comprehensive accounting, financial management, and internal audit services for the Institute.

1. ELIGIBILITY (Pre-Qualification Criteria)

To qualify, a Chartered Accountant firm must meet all of the following:

1. Must have a main/branch office in Raipur (C.G.).
2. Registered with ICAI, and must have PAN & GST registrations.
3. Must have minimum 5 years of operations after registration.
4. Must be empanelled with C&AG and not debarred in last 5 years.
5. Average annual turnover ≥ ₹25 lakhs in last 3 financial years (up to 31-03-2025).
6. Experience:
• Must have completed Final Accounts work for at least 3 PSU / Central Govt. / Autonomous Bodies in last 5 years.
7. Firm structure:
• Minimum 2 partners.
8. Integrity Pact signing is mandatory.

2. FEES / ESTIMATED COST

Estimated Annual Cost:

₹ 13,00,000 per year (inclusive of taxes)

3. CONTRACT PERIOD

      Duration: 3 years (FY 2025–26, 2026–27, 2027–28)

4. EMD (Earnest Money Deposit)

       Amount: ₹ 26,000 (Rupees Twenty-Six Thousand Only)
