ATMA,
Panchmahal (Godhra) invites quotations from eligible audit firms for conducting
internal audit
for the financial year 2025–26.
Contract
Period
·
The contract will be valid from the
date of work order until 31-03-2026.
·
The contract may be extended for one
additional year based on approved conditions.
Eligibility
Requirements
The bidder must:
· Have a valid GST number and GST registration certificate.
· Be based in Gujarat — head office or branch office
must be located in Gujarat with proof.
·
Be a CA firm or audit firm
with:
·
At least 10 years of experience
in government/semi-government/institutional audit work.
·
Experience of auditing government
offices handling ₹5 crore or more in the last 5 years (proof required).
·
Experience under ATMA Project
will get preference.
· Must not be blacklisted by any government department
(self-declaration required).
· Submit PAN, GST, CA certificates, registration
documents, and experience certificates.
·
Provide IT Returns / Turnover
Certificate for the last 3 financial years (2021–22, 2022–23, 2023–24).
·
Minimum turnover: ₹60,000 per
year (as per document).
· MSME/Startup/Udyam/NSIC registration benefits will apply
according to Gujarat State Procurement Policy 2024.
Conditions Related to Fees
o Audit
fees must be inclusive of all expenses:
o
Travel allowance, conveyance, consultancy fees,
etc.
o
No
additional payment will be made.
o GST
& all taxes must be included in quoted price.
