& Annual Accounts for FY 2025-26, account scrutiny,
reconciliations, financial reporting, and related accounting support for the
ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Ahmedabad.
Eligibility (Short Summary)

CA
firm registered
as proprietorship/partnership/company.
·
C&AG Empanelment mandatory.
·
Average turnover ≥ ₹50 lakhs in last 3 years.
·
5+ years experience with Govt/PSU work (supported by work
orders & completion certificates).
·
Must
have GST,
PAN,
MSE
certificate (if applicable).
·
Office
in
Gujarat or must open one within 30 days
of award.
·
Not
blacklisted, no professional misconduct, no tax investigation.
·
Firm
must not be bankrupt or under legal insolvency.
Contract Period
·
1 year
·
May be
extended
until finalization of accounts (as per HQ orders).
·
Further
extension possible for 1 more year subject to
performance.
Fees / Financials
·
Per-visit rate cap: max ₹18,000 per visit.
·
Minimum 12 visits per year.
·
Total annual value (max): ₹2,16,000.
