Nature of work
The
selected agency must conduct a complete independent audit of
all works executed during the 2025 floods on River Ravi under
the Amritsar Drainage Division.

& reputed agencies (individual
firm/company/LLP/proprietorship).

Joint Venture / Consortium NOT allowed.
·
Must
meet qualification criteria as per Punjab Finance Dept. ToR (2019
notification).

Must
submit:
o PAN, GST, EPF registration
o 5-year financial statements
o Affidavit of no blacklisting
o Details of similar work experience
o Qualified key personnel (Team Leader M.Tech
(Civil) 15 yrs, Finance Expert CA/MBA/ICWA 5 yrs, Legal/Procurement Expert)

Fees / Deposits

Bid Fee: ₹2,000
·
EMD: 2% of estimate (≈ ₹26,600)
·
Performance Security: 5% of contract value
