ELIGIBILITY
- Office Presence:
- Registered/branch
office in Guwahati for at least 8 years.
- ICAI Registration:
- Firm must be
registered with ICAI for 10 years or more.
- C&AG Empanelment:
- Empanelled with C&AG
for 2025–26 (or applied + provide 2024–25 certificate).
- Partners Requirement:
- Minimum 4
full-time FCA partners as on 1 Jan 2025.
- Audit Experience:
- At least 5
PSU/Public Sector audit assignments in the last 3 financial years.
- Turnover Requirement:
- Minimum average
turnover of ₹20 lakhs in the last 3 years.
- Statutory
Registration:
- Must have GST
registration, PAN, and latest GST returns.
Fees
- Minimum audit fee: ₹1,60,000 per year excluding GST
- Fees must be quoted
in Financial Bid on GeM
- No TA/DA allowed
