Nature of Work
The selected Cost Accountant Firm will conduct a comprehensive
performance audit of ATT’s travel operations, books of accounts, and
internal processes from FY 2019–20 onwards up to the latest declared
quarter.
Tender Eligibility
1. Firm
Requirements
·
Must be a registered Partnership/LLP with ICMAI
approval.
·
Minimum 5 years of continuous operation (as of
31.03.2025).
·
Not blacklisted, not under litigation, and no
disciplinary action.
·
Must be C&AG-empanelled for FY 2024–25 or
2025–26.
2. Experience
Criteria
·
Minimum 7 years relevant experience in
performance audits / reconciliations.
·
Must have handled at least 3 companies,
including:
o 2 listed companies,
o 1 listed PSU (can be part of
the above).
3. Partner
Requirements
·
Minimum 5 partners.
·
At least 2 partners should have:
o 5+ years continuous
association with the firm, and
o FCMA status with 5 years of
continuous practice.
4. Financial
Criteria
·
Average annual turnover > ₹50 lakh in the
last 3 financial years.
5. Location
Requirement
·
Must have a functional office in Delhi/NCR.
6. Statutory
Documents
·
PAN, GST registration, audited financials, C&AG
certificate, etc.
