The Sports Authority of India (hereafter referred as “SAI”) invites proposals for Empanelment of Chartered Accountant (CA) firms for Accounting/Taxation works. Once empaneled, only these agencies will be eligible to participate in RFP stage to bid for a limited tender enquiry for only financial proposals.

NATURE OF WORK

Accounting, Tax Audit, Tax/GST compliance, Quarterly & Annual Accounts certification, and audit support for SAI.

Key Eligibility:

• 7+ years old CA/LLP/Partnership firm
• ICAI registered for 7+ years
• CAG empanelled
• Minimum 2 FCA partners
• Office in Delhi/NCR
• Turnover ≥ ₹75 lakh (avg of 3 yrs)
• Experience with 3 Govt/autonomous bodies
• Mandatory declarations (GFR 144, local content, not blacklisted)
  
  

Tenure:

3 years (SAI can terminate anytime with notice).

EMD Requirements

·         EMD will be specified at the RFP stage for each assignment (2–5% of project cost).

·         Validity: 45 days beyond bid validity (135 days total).

·         Acceptable forms: DD, FDR, Pay Order, BG, NEFT, Insurance Surety Bond, e-BG.
