Contract Details

·         Contract Period: 3 years (FY 2025-26 to 2027-28)

·         Estimated Cost: ₹13,00,000 per annum (inclusive of taxes)

·         Bid Type: Single stage, Two-Bid system (Technical + Financial)

·         Selection Basis: L1 (Lowest Financial Bid) after technical qualification

Eligibility Criteria (Highlights)

·         ICAI-registered CA firm with minimum 5 years’ experience

·         CAG-empanelled (mandatory)

·         Average annual turnover ≥ ₹25 Lakhs (last 3 years)

·         Experience with at least 3 PSU / Govt / Autonomous bodies

·         Minimum 2 partners & 3 qualified CAs

·         Office or branch in Raipur (Chhattisgarh)

Financial & Security Requirements

·         EMD: ₹26,000

·         Performance Security Deposit: 5% of contract value

·         Payment: Quarterly (final payment after CAG approval)

·         No advance payment permitted

Technical Evaluation

·         Maximum Marks: 60

·         Minimum Qualifying Marks: 36 (60%)

·         Criteria include firm experience, turnover, PSU/Govt work, number of partners, and Raipur presence
