OR

·         Experienced CA / Legal / GST consulting firms

·         Must have expertise in GST, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, Indirect Taxes

·         Must not be blacklisted

Contract Period

·         3 years, extendable

·         Monthly professional fee basis

Bid Structure

·         Two-Bid System

o    Techno-Commercial Bid

o    Price Bid

·         Bids to be submitted physically in sealed cover at BrahMos, New Delhi

Scope of Work (Key Services)

·         GST advisory and compliance support

·         Representation before:

o    GST / Customs authorities

o    CESTAT, High Courts, Supreme Court

·         Handling:

o    GST audits, assessments, show-cause notices

o    Refund claims and appeals

·         Advice on:

o    Customs Law, FTP, FEMA, Indirect Tax laws

·         Training and regular interaction with tax officers
