·         Head Office in Ranchi

·         At least 5 full-time qualified CAs

·         Registered with GST & Income Tax

·         Not blacklisted; no subletting allowed

Scope of Work

·         Physical verification and audit of 810 CSPs

·         Separate audit report for each CSP in Bank’s prescribed format

·         Mandatory on-site visit to each CSP/BC/CSP-linked branch

·         Submission of:

o    Hard copy audit reports

o    Excel-format consolidated report

·         Geo-tagged selfie of auditor with CSP signage (latitude & longitude visible) is compulsory

·         Audit completion deadline: 15 February 2026

Selection & Payment

·         L1 basis (lowest quoted rate per CSP, excluding GST)

·         No reimbursement for travel or other expenses

·         Single final payment after completion and acceptance of all audit reports

·         TDS/GST deductions as applicable
