·         Minimum ₹10 crore average annual turnover (last 3 years)

·         ERP system experience

·         Not blacklisted

Financial & Security

·         Tender Fee: ₹10,000 (non-refundable)

·         EMD: ₹1,25,000

·         Performance Security: ₹1,25,000 (valid 7 years)

·         Payment: 60% after completion, balance after statutory audits

Selection Criteria

·         Technical scoring (100 marks)

·         Minimum 60 marks required to qualify

·         L1 among technically qualified bidders

·         Tie-breaker: higher technical score
