This document is a Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) in the form of a Request for Proposal (RFP) from reputed consultancy firms to appoint GST Consultants for South Asian University (SAU), New Delhi, for the year 2026, with a possibility of extension for up to two more years.

 General Requirements for Bidders

The bidding firm must fulfill the following:

• Must be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
• The firm or its partner(s) must not have been debarred by ICAI, RBI, or any other statutory body.
• Must be registered with the Goods & Service Tax department.
• Must have their office in Delhi-NCR.
• Should have experience in providing GST services to UN/International Organizations.

Contract Period

The initial contract period for the engagement of GST Consultants is for the Year 2026.

This contract is extendable for a further period of up to 2 more years (on a year-to-year basis on satisfactory performance).
