Work Zones & Fees

·         Zone 1 (Bhubaneswar + Angul units) – ₹7,20,000/year

·         Zone 2 (Koraput + Vizag units) – ₹6,60,000/year
+5% fee increase each year.

Key Eligibility

·         Must have 1 physical verification assignment in a listed company with assets + inventory ≥ ₹1000 crore (FY 2015-16 to 2024-25).

·         Current NALCO auditors (statutory/internal/physical verification) are not eligible.

Scope

·         Annual verification of movable assets.

·         Perpetual & quarterly verification of stores, spares, raw materials, finished & semi-finished goods.

·         SAP reconciliation, ABC analysis, scrap verification, CARO 2020 reporting.

Manpower

·         Zone 1: 5 + 2 staff

·         Zone 2: 4 + 2 staff
Partner-led team required.

Tenure:

·         1 year: Jan 2026 – Dec 2026

·         Extendable up to 3 years total (annual renewal based on performance)
