(CSPDCL) • Office: O/o Superintending Engineer (Circle), Ambikapur • Tender Type: Open Tender • Purpose: Engagement of 1 Chartered Accountant (CA) on outsourcing basis • Work Location: Regional Accounts Office (RAO), CSPDCL, Ambikapur • Contract Period: 1 year (extendable by another 1 year based on performance) Nature of Work Engagement of a CA to assist CSPDCL in accounting and statutory compliance work, mainly using SAP ERP. Eligibility Criteria (Slightly Detailed) • The bidder must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). • The CA should have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, preferably in accounting, auditing, taxation, and statutory compliance. • The CA must be proficient in computer applications, especially SAP ERP and MS Office, as all accounting work is maintained in SAP. • The Head Office or Branch Office of the CA/Firm must be located within Ambikapur city limits only. • The CA should be capable of regular office attendance during working hours and should be able to independently handle accounting, reconciliation, and statutory work assigned by CSPDCL. Financial Details • EMD (Bid Security): ₹5,000 (Refundable) • Security Deposit: 10% of monthly bill (Refundable after completion) • Payment: Monthly, against bill + attendance sheet • GST: Paid extra as applicable • TDS: As per Income Tax Act, 1961
