years of similar manpower outsourcing services to Govt./PSU
- Either:
- 3 works ≥
40% of estimated cost, or
- 2 works ≥
50%, or
- 1 work ≥ 80%

experience of similar services: Mandatory

2. Financial Security
- EMD: ₹17,29,257

3. Deployment & Scope
- Manpower to be
deployed at various Vikas Bhawan / government offices across
multiple districts in Uttar Pradesh.
- Each location
typically requires 1 resource per post.
- Monthly fixed
remuneration varies by role (e.g. approx. ₹40,000 for Prosthetic
Technicians, ₹35,000 for Audiologists/Physiotherapists, exclusive of GST).
- Employment
tenure per resource: 12 months.
- No overtime,
bonus, PF, ESI, or allowances included unless specified.
