Eligibility & Experience Requirements

1.     Firm Eligibility

·         Must be a CAG-registered audit firm

·         Minimum 3 years of existence (ICAI certificate required)

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar audits for Govt / PSU / Centrally funded institutions

2.     Past Experience (any one condition)

·         3 similar works ≥ 40% of estimated cost each, OR

·         2 similar works ≥ 50% of estimated cost each, OR

·         1 similar work ≥ 80% of estimated cost

3.     Manpower Requirements

·         Minimum 2 full-time partners / senior professionals

·         At least 2 professionals with DISA / CISA

·         At least 1 full-time Chartered Accountant

4.     Fees & Taxation
       ·         TA/DA must be included in audit fee
      ·         GST must be mentioned separately
