Scope of Work
The selected CA firm will:

Conduct
statutory
audit of GPLFs
Eligibility / Pre-Qualification Criteria
CA Firm must:
1.
Be ICAI
registered
2.
Have minimum
10 years of operation
3.
Have ≥5
years experience in statutory/internal audit of Govt.
institutions
4.
Have experience
in SHG / GPLF / Govt. audit
5.
Have minimum
turnover ₹20 lakh in any of last 3 years
6.
Not blacklisted by any Govt. entity
7.
Have
qualified staff:
o 4
Semi-qualified CAs
o 1
Support staff (Commerce graduate)
Audit Timeline
·
Audit to be completed: Within 2 months
from date of work order
Audit Fees
·
Fee: ₹2,000 per GPLF per financial year
(inclusive of all taxes)
·
Years: 8 years (2017–18 to 2024–25)
·
Total minimum per GPLF: ₹16,000
·
No TA/DA or accommodation will be paid separately
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
·
Amount: ₹1,00,000 (₹1 lakh)
·
Form: Demand Draft (DD)
·
In favour of: Odisha Livelihoods Mission (NRLM)
