Eligibility Criteria
A CA firm must satisfy all of the
following:
1.
Firm
Requirements
•
Registered
with ICAI
for at least 5 years (as on 01.12.2025)
•
Minimum 3 full-time partners
•
At least 1 FCA partner
•
No consortium / JV allowed (single entity only)
2.
Financial
Requirement
· Average
Annual Turnover (last 3 years): ₹50 Lakhs minimum
o FY: 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25
3.
Experience
Requirement
· Panelled with minimum 4 Govt.
Departments / PSU Banks for statutory audit (last 3 years)
