ESIC invites bids for engaging a C&AG-empanelled Chartered
Accountant / CA Firm to provide financial audit, accounting scrutiny, and
support services for ESIC Hospital, Kota, to ensure timely and accurate
finalisation of accounts and compliance withh statutory requirements.
1. Eligibility Criteria
The bidder must:
- Be a C&AG-empanelled
CA / CA firm.
- Have minimum
5 years’ experience in similar services for Govt./PSU bodies.
- Have average
annual turnover ≥ ₹6 lakh (last 3 years).
- Not be
blacklisted or under investigation by any authority.
- Have an office
in the State of Rajasthan.
- Provide
documentary proof of experience and turnover.

2. Scope of Work (Key Highlights)
The selected CA/firm will:
- Assist in finalisation
of March Provisional & Final Accounts (FY 2024-25).
- Scrutinise
income & expenditure, rectify errors, clear suspense entries.
- Verify bank
reconciliations, cash balances, statutory dues (TDS, GST).
- Audit fixed
assets, inventories, stores & consumables.
- Verify employee
benefit provisions (Pension, Gratuity, PDB, EBRF, PMS, etc.).
- Assist in budget
preparation and audit observations.
- Maintain
ledgers, depreciation calculations, and monthly accounts.
- Provide monthly
MIS and progress reports.
- Offer post-audit
support for 12 months.
