Hiring of Agency for Pre-Audit Assessment, Internal Auditor Training and Certification of ISO- 28000:2022 Supply Chain Security Management System in Accessories Division and ASERDC Lucknow

Eligibility Criteria

Bidder must meet all:

1. IAF Accreditation (valid in India)
2. Must have certified at least 2 organizations for ISO 28000
3. Lead Auditor/Trainer must have audited minimum 2 ISO 28000 projects
4. Legal entity (Company / LLP / Partnership)
5. Valid GST & PAN
6. Audited balance sheets & ITRs for FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

·         Amount: ₹20,000

·         Mode:

o    Bank Guarantee or

o    RTGS / Wire Transfer

·         Without EMD → Bid rejected

·         EMD refunded to unsuccessful bidders (no interest)

Time Schedule

·         Pre-audit: within 6 months of PO

·         Initial certification audit: within 3 months of HAL intimation

·         Surveillance audits: Year 2 & Year 3 as per schedule

·         Certificate issued within 3–4 weeks after audit closure

Security Deposit

·         5% of contract value (excluding taxes)

·         To be submitted within 15 days of contract signing
