Eligibility
(Minimum Requirements)
- Office in Maharashtra.
- 10+ years experience in statutory/internal audit.
- Partnership/LLP firm, continuous practice for 10+ years.
- Minimum 3 full-time partners (CAs), each with 10+ years’ experience.
- Empanelment with C&AG for 2024–25.
- Audit fee turnover ≥ ₹1 crore in previous 3 FYs.
- Experience of 1 government assignment
in last 3 years.
- GST registration effective 6 months
before EOI.
- Adequate CA/CMA staff with relevant audit
experience.
Conditions
- Contract for FY 2025–26, extendable
by University.
- Auditor must present final accounts &
audit report by 31 Aug 2026.
Fee Structure
- Minimum (Base) Statutory Audit Fee:
₹6,50,000 per annum + taxes.
- Any bid below ₹6,50,000 will be rejected.
