Scope of Work

The selected CA firm must:

·         Compile and consolidate financial statements for 10 years

·         Prepare consolidated balance sheets

·         Generate supporting schedules and reports

·         Provide financial, accounting & audit advisory

·         Visit University of Jammu physically whenever required

Eligibility

To be eligible, a bidder must satisfy ALL of the following:

✔ CA Firm (Partnership / LLP) registered with ICAI

✔ Minimum 10 years continuous existence (as on 01-11-2025)

✔ Average turnover ≥ ₹50 lakh (last 3 financial years)

✔ At least 3 FCA partners (each with ≥5 years standing)

✔ Minimum 10 audit staff

✔ ≥5 years experience with Universities / Govt / Govt-aided projects

✔ ≥5 years experience in consolidation of accounts for Govt bodies with 20+ units

✔ Physical office in Jammu for ≥5 years

✔ Not blacklisted by any Govt authority

✔ Performance Security: 2% of contract value (if awarded)

❌ If even one condition is not met → bid will be rejected

 Timeframe & Penalty

·         Completion Time: 3 months from work order

·         Delay Penalty:

o    1% per week of contract value

·         Extension possible only at University’s discretion
