Eligibility Criteria
A CA firm must meet all of the following:
1. Registered with
ICAI
2. Minimum 7 years of
experience after ICAI registration
3. At least 3 years’
experience in similar internal audit work
(Sugarcane societies / PSUs / Trusts / Autonomous bodies)
4. Minimum 2 partners, each with:
o At least 7 years of
experience
5. Minimum turnover
requirement:
o ₹30 lakh per year
(FY 2022–23, 2023–24, 2024–25)
6. Registered office /
branch in Meerut Mandal
7. Must have qualified
staff (CA / Semi-qualified / Assistants)
8. Must submit all
required declarations & undertakings
