Engagement of a Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm for:
· GST work & allied accounting
· Finalization of accounts
· Preparation & consolidation of annual accounts

Estimated Value & Fees
· Estimated Contract Value: ₹ 25.00 Lakhs
· Bid Security (EMD):
o 2% of estimated value = ₹50,000
· Bid Document Fee:
o ₹ 1,000 + 18% GST
· RSIC Processing Fee:
o ₹ 500
Eligibility Criteria
The CA Firm must:
1. Be registered with ICAI for minimum 30 years
2. Have at least 15 FCA partners
3. Have minimum 5 DISA / ISA qualified partners
4. Have minimum 5 full-time CA employees
5. Have average annual turnover ≥ ₹2 Crore (last 3 years)
6. Have experience with minimum 2 PSUs / Govt. organizations
7. Have Head Office in Jaipur or Rajasthan branch for 3+ years
8. Not be blacklisted / debarred by any authority
Duration & Staffing
· Contract Period: 2 years (FY 2025-26 & 2026-27)
· Extendable: 1 more year with mutual consent
· Mandatory deployment:
o 3 experienced CAs
o 5+ articles / accounting staff
· Staff to be deployed unit-wise + Head Office
