Eligibility Criteria (Key)
- ICAI-registered
CA Individual/Firm/LLP
- Office in Tri-city
(Chandigarh / Panchkula / Mohali)
- Valid PAN, GST
registration & GST Practitioner enrolment
- Minimum 2
years’ experience (in
last 5 years) handling GST work for Boards/Corporations with ₹100+
crore turnover
- Average
turnover of ₹50 lakh per year in last 5 financial years
- Minimum
manpower: 5 articles/trainees + 2 ACA/FCA partners
- Not blacklisted
/ debarred / convicted
Selection Method
- Technically
qualified bidders evaluated on L-1 (lowest price) basis
- HSWC reserves
right to negotiate, accept, reject, or cancel tender without reasons
