5. Eligibility Criteria
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 5
years of experience in similar financial / tax advisory
services
Experience with Central / State Government / PSU preferred
Turnover Requirement:
Minimum average
annual turnover: ₹1 lakh (last 3 financial years)
Professional Requirement:
Qualified Chartered
Accountant (CA)
GST expert with 5–7 years professional

Registered office of the service provider must be located in Thiruvananthapuram district

MSE Relaxation:
Complete exemption from turnover and experience criteria (subject to
technical qualification)
Startup Relaxation:

Service provider must:
Handle GST-related work for all AIR stations in Kerala & Lakshadweep
Maintain a registered office in Trivandrum district
Labour law compliance under all applicable Labour Codes is mandatory
