Audit experience (PPP / Statutory / Internal / Concurrent / Tax) in last 8 years
· Partners:
Minimum 10 partners preferred (higher marks)
· DISA / ISA:
At least 3 qualified members
EMD & SECURITY
· EMD: ₹1,70,880
· EMD Exemption: Allowed for MSME / NSIC / Udyam (with documents + Bid Security Declaration)
· Performance Security: 5% of contract value
· Security Deposit: Deducted from bills up to 5% of tender value
FINANCIAL BID RULES
· Minimum Fee Fixed:

PAYMENT TERMS
· 75% paid after quarterly report
· 25% after final annual report
· TDS + statutory deductions applicable
· GST reimbursed as per GSTR-2A
