Eligibility (Pre-Qualification)
The bidder must be:
· A CA Firm or Cost Accountant Firm
· At least one FCA / FCMA with 10+ years’ experience
· Experience in:
o Income tax scrutiny & reassessment
o Representation before CIT(A) and ITAT
· Experience with Central/State PSU / Autonomous Body in last 5 FYs
· Serving or served corporates with ₹100 Cr+ average turnover
· Office in Kolkata (mandatory)
· Firm existence: Minimum 5 years
· Average annual turnover: ₹25 lakh (last 3 FYs)
· Valid PAN & GST
Fees & Security
· Tender Document Cost: NIL
· EMD: NIL
· Security Deposit (after award):
o 5% of annual contract value
o Payable via e-PBG / NEFT / RTGS
o Refundable after contract completion (no interest)
Contract Period
· Initial Duration: 2 years
· Extension: Up to additional 2 years (based on performance & mutual consent)
