Your technical bid will be rejected if these are not met:
1. Must have successfully implemented ISO 45001:2018 in at least one organisation
o Proof: Work order + implementation evidence
2. Consultant must hold IRCA-approved ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor certificate
3. Signed & stamped Scope of Work acceptance mandatory
4. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) required after award
5. Site visit encouraged before bidding (email request to: mmg.tbrl@gov.in)
6. Make in India (Local Content) Certificate in TBRL format mandatory
7. Compliance with all Indian Labour Codes
