Organization: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar, Punjab

Purpose: IIT Ropar wants to appoint a CA firm to handle accounts, taxation, audit support, statutory compliance, and financial advisory work for the Institute.
Contract Period
Eligibility
Only CA firms that meet all of the following can apply:
1. Office Location:
Must have a registered office in Ropar / Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula
2. Firm Strength:
o Minimum 3 partners
o Registered with ICAI
o PAN & GST registered
3. Experience:
o At least 5 years of operation
o Experience with Centrally Funded Institutions (IITs/NITs/IISERs/Central Universities)
o Must have handled:
§ Annual accounts of Central Autonomous Bodies
§ GST returns
§ e-TDS (Income Tax) returns
4. Financial Capacity:
o Average gross professional income ≥ ₹50 lakh
(Last 3 financial years: 2022–23 to 2024–25)
5. Empanelment:
o Must be empanelled with C&AG (Comptroller & Auditor General of India)
Payment Terms
· Payment Frequency: Quarterly
· Rates: Fixed for entire contract period (up to 3 years)
· GST: Paid separately as applicable
· TDS/GST deductions: As per law
· Penalty: IIT Ropar can deduct payment for unsatisfactory or delayed service
Performance Security
· In the form of Bank Guarantee
· Valid for contract period + 3 months
