Request for Proposal for conducting Concurrent Audit of Treasury Department
of the Bank at Mumbai.

1. Basic Eligibility
- CA
Firm registered with ICAI.
- RBI-graded
firm (Statutory Audit Grade Certificate required).
- Minimum
2 years’ experience in Concurrent Audit of Treasury Branch of
Scheduled Commercial Banks (within last 5 years).
- Minimum
2 CA partners / qualified permanent staff (as per ICAI registration).
- Head
Office / Branch Office in Mumbai (self-declaration required).
- Not
blacklisted by Government Institutions / Banks / RBI / ICAI / IBA.
- Not
owned or controlled by any Dhanlaxmi Bank director/employee (present
or retired).
2. Preferred Qualifications
- Partners/officials
with ICAI/IIBF certificate in Concurrent Audit/Bank Treasury.
3. Other Key Conditions
- Daily
presence of trained staff at Mumbai Treasury.
- Senior/Principal
partner must visit minimum 3 days per month.
- No
subcontracting allowed.
4. Remuneration
- No
fixed fees.
- Auditor
must quote expected remuneration.
- Final
amount will be mutually decided.
