2.     Eligibility Criteria

Only Chartered Accountant Firms are eligible. The firm must:

1.      Be empanelled with CAG

2.      Be registered with ICAI

3.      Have completed minimum 5 internal/statutory audits in Institutions of National Importance (IIMs/IITs etc.) in the last 5 years

4.      Have average annual turnover ≥ ₹2 lakh (FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)

5.      Not be blacklisted/debarred in last 5 years

6.      Hold statutory registrations: PAN, TAN, GST, PF, ESIC, etc.

3.     Financial Details

Minimum Fee (Mandatory)

·         ₹2,25,000 per year (excluding GST)

·         ₹2,65,500 per year (including GST)

Performance Security

·         3% of total order value

·         Paid via NEFT to IIM Sirmaur

4.     Bid Validity

·         180 days from date of submission

·         No modification allowed during this period
