Key Eligibility
- C&AG Empanelled for FY 2023–24 and
applied for FY 2024–25.
- 10 Partners, out of which 5 must be FCA.
- Turnover ≥ ₹50 lakh average for last 3
years.
- Firm existence ≥ 6 years (ICAI
certificate).
- Minimum 2 Government/Internal Audit
assignments in last 4 years.
- Head Office / Branch Office in Bhopal is
mandatory.
- No blacklisting; ICAI data must match.
Fees
- Minimum Annual Fee: ₹12,00,000 (exclusive
of GST).

- Rates inclusive of all taxes/levies except
GST.
Contract Period (in
short)
- 1 year contract: April 2024 to March 2025.
- Can be extended for 2 more years
based on performance.
- Work must be completed within 3–4
months for audit cycle.
