Eligibility Criteria

Eligible firms must:

·         Be a CA firm registered in India

·         Have minimum 3 years experience in:

o    Liaison Office (LO) compliance

o    UN / International organisation compliance

·         Have qualified professionals experienced in statutory audits

·         Maintain an active office in Delhi (mandatory)

Financial Bid Structure

Two components:

1.      Monthly Fees – For recurring compliance

2.      Annual Fees – For RBI, IT & LO compliances
