The Union wants to appoint an audit firm

Eligibility
·
Entity
Type: Company / Partnership / LLP (not individual or consortium)
·
Experience:
Minimum 5
years in operation
·
NPO
Exposure: At least 5 years experience handling NPO
projects of around USD 5 million annually
·
Manpower:
Minimum 10
staff, including 3 qualified Chartered Accountants
·
Compliance:
PAN, GST, clean legal and tax record
·
Restriction:
No
affiliation with tobacco industry (mandatory undertaking)
Failure to meet any one condition
will result in disqualification.
Contract Duration
·
Initial Period: 12 months
·
Extension: Up to 12 + 12 months
based on performance
·
Quarterly performance review applicable
