Scope of Work
The selected firm is required to undertake:

Statutory audit of India Branch (Indian Financial Year –
April to March)
·
Certification of financial statements for calendar year (Jan–Dec) for
consolidation
·
Income Tax compliance, including:
o Audit Report (Form 10B, if applicable)
o Filing of Income Tax Return
·
RBI-related certifications / filings for Branch Office
·
Quarterly TDS return filing
·
Advisory support on regulatory changes applicable to NPOs
and RBI Branch Offices
Eligibility (Brief)

Only Company
/ Partnership / LLP allowed
·
Minimum
5
years of existence
·
Strong
experience in NPO / NGO audits
·
Experience
with foreign-funded
projects / RBI approvals preferred
·
Minimum
manpower including qualified Chartered Accountants
·
No affiliation with tobacco industry
·
Clean
legal, tax, and professional record
