audit of Gujarat Horticulture Mission Society.

- Can be extended up to 4
more years (max total 5 years)

Eligibility Criteria
Your firm must meet all of these:
1.
ICAI registered before 31-03-2024
→ Minimum 3-year-old firm
2.
Minimum
2 CA partners
3.
Audit & attestation income ≥ ₹7 lakh in FY 2023-24
4.
Completed
at least one Govt/Society
audit

Registered
under Society Act
o
Turnover / expenditure ≥ ₹50 crore
o
In
any of last 3 years
5.
Firm
must have Head Office or
Branch in
Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar
Payment & Commercial Terms
- Lump-sum
fixed fee (HO + all districts
included)
- Payment released only
after submission of audit report
- Approx. 1,500 vouchers
- No
extra payment for:
- Travel
- Boarding/lodging
- Out-of-pocket
expenses
- Infrastructure support
(computer, furniture, records) provided by HO/District Office.
Contract Terms
- Contract starts 01-04-2024
- Offices may
increase/decrease — fee remains same
- No EMD, no tender fee, no
performance security
- Agreement executed within 1
week after award
