The Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Govt. of India is inviting bids to appoint a SEBI-empanelled forensic audit firm to conduct a forensic audit of PMKVY 4.0, specifically focusing on NSDC’s financial and operational records.

Eligibility
Only firms that meet all of these:

• ✅ SEBI-empanelled forensic audit firm
• ✅ Registered company / LLP / partnership / proprietorship
• ❌ No consortium or joint venture allowed
• ✅ Conducted at least 2 forensic audits of government-funded projects
• ✅ Average turnover ₹5 crore+ (last 3 years) and positive net worth
• ❌ Not blacklisted by any govt authority

Timeline & Contract

• Duration: 12 weeks
• Selection method: QCBS (70% Technical + 30% Financial)
• Minimum technical score to qualify: 70%
• EMD: ₹1,05,000
• Performance Bank Guarantee: 5% of contract value
