3.Financial Requirements
Estimated Bid Value: ₹30,00,000
Minimum Avg Turnover (last 3 years): ₹90 Lakhs
EMD (Bid Security): ₹1,50,000
Performance BG (ePBG): 3% for 36 months
Bank for EMD & BG: State Bank of India
EMD exemption is allowed only as per GeM rules (mainly
for eligible MSE service providers, not traders).
4.Experience Criteria (Very Important)
You must have at least 3 years’ experience in similar
audit services for:
Central / State Govt / PSU
AND fulfill one of these:
3 similar works ≥ 40% of estimated value each
OR 2 similar works ≥ 50% each
OR 1 similar work ≥ 80%
Proof required (work orders, invoices, completion
certificates, etc.).
