- ICAI registered + C&AG empanelled.
- Partnership/LLP with minimum 5 partners.
- Tricity Chandigarh office + 2 district offices in Punjab.
- 15+ years firm experience.
- At least 1 PSU/Govt statutory audit
of entity with >₹10,000 crore turnover.
- Minimum 4 FCA partners.
- At least 5 paid assistants (proof: June payslips).
- Peer review certificate (min 5 years).
- Firm turnover ≥ ₹1 crore per year for
last 3 years.
- ERP system experience.
- Not blacklisted.
EMD &
Performance Security
- EMD: ₹1,25,000 (refundable).
- Performance Security: ₹1,25,000 (within 7
days of LOI).
- Forfeited on non-performance.
Contract Period /
Timelines
- 60 days per Balance Sheet.
- If previous year not finalized: extra
30 days allowed.
- Fixed final deadlines:
- FY 2021–22 → 28.02.2026
- FY 2022–23 → 30.04.2026
- FY 2023–24 → 30.06.2026
- FY 2024–25 → 31.08.2026
Fees (Financial Bid Rules)
- Quote one rate per year, applicable
for all 4 years.
- Rate must be inclusive of TA/DA and all
taxes except GST.
