this tender is about
Hiring a CA/CMA firm to conduct:
Physical verification of assets, inventory, and stores
Reconciliation with books of accounts
Across multiple AAI airports/units in Northern Region for FY
2025–26.
This is not a financial audit — it is a physical asset
verification assignment.
2.Contract Period
Work completion time: 60 days from commencement
Agreement valid until completion of

Eligibility (Who Can Apply)
Eligible bidders:
Practicing CA/CMA firms (Partnership / Proprietorship / LLP)
Registered office in India
Valid ICAI/ICMAI registration & COP
Financial Capacity
Average turnover ≥ ₹21.36 lakh (last 3 years)
Experience Requirement
At least 3 years’ experience in physical verification of
assets/inventory
Experience with PSU / Public Sector
Banks
Other Conditions
PAN & GST registration required
Not blacklisted/debarred
Operational in India for at least 5
years

6. Scope of Work (What you actually do)
Core Assignment
Physically verify assets & inventory and reconcile with
accounting records.
Count physical assets, stores, inventory
Match with Fixed Asset Register &
SAP balances
Identify shortages or excess items
Report unserviceable assets
Check compliance with accounting
policies
Reconcile inventory records
Field Coverage
Verification required at many airports/units across states
including:
Each location has specified number of days for verification
(1–10 days).
7. Minimum Visit Requirements (IMPORTANT)
Must physically visit each listed airport/unit
Time required per location specified
(e.g., 1–10 days)
Team must include:
At least 1 qualified CA/CMA + 1 semi-qualified assistant
