The selected firm will:

- Reconcile
bank balances of health units

to be Audited
Audit covers NHM-related programs, including:
- Reproductive
& Child Health (RCH)
- Immunization
- National
Disease Control Programs
- Infrastructure
projects
- Any
NHM schemes implemented in the district

5. Minimum
Eligibility Criteria
Legal Entity
- Must
be a registered CA firm in India
- ICAI
registration required
Firm Experience
- At
least 10 years in existence
Empanelment
- Empanelled
with CAG (Comptroller & Auditor General)
Office Requirement
- Registered
office or branch in the concerned district/division
Relevant Audit Experience
Must have conducted concurrent/statutory audits of government
bodies or schemes.
Staff Requirement
- Minimum
qualified CA/CMA staff available
Financial Strength
- Average
annual turnover ≥ ₹10 lakh (last 3 years)
Net Worth
- Positive
net worth in last 3 years
No Blacklisting
- Firm
must not be blacklisted
6.Important Restrictions
A firm is NOT eligible if:
- Already
auditing DHS Jaunpur for same years
- Selected
for similar concurrent audit through other NHM bids
- Has
conflicts of interest
- Under
investigation or legal proceedings
7.
Financial Proposal Rules
- Quote
total professional fee (including GST)
- No
NIL bid allowed
- Must
include all costs (travel, staff, etc.)
