 Must be Indian firms
 Must be Class-I Local Supplier (Make-in-India rules)
 Must NOT be blacklisted
 Must NOT have done NHPC PV audit continuously for last 3 years
 Must have office in the eligible states (zone-wise)

4. Payment

• Fixed audit fees (given in Annexure-C)
• TA/DA reimbursed as per NHPC rules
• Taxes extra

 5. Audit Team Requirement

Must include:

• Senior partner leading the team
• Qualified assistants
• Semi-qualified staff

 6. Important Conditions

• Empanelment ≠ guaranteed work
• Assignment given yearly based on performance
• Cannot subcontract work
• Must maintain confidentiality
• Work must be completed within strict timelines

 7. Documents Required

Typical submissions include:

• Firm details & experience (Format-I)
• Declarations (not blacklisted, not insolvent, etc.)
• GST, PAN, bank details
• Proof of prior similar assignments
• Power of attorney for signatory
