Appointment of a CA/CMA
firm as:
Concurrent Auditor
For NHM programs at district level
3. Main Objective
Monthly continuous audit
of NHM funds to ensure:
Proper use of government
funds
Accurate accounting
Compliance with rules
Transparency in spending
Early detection of errors or fraud
4. Who Can Apply (Eligibility)
Your firm must satisfy
strict conditions:
Basic Requirements
Registered CA or Cost
Accountant firm in India
Minimum 10 years experience in audit
services
Must exist continuously for last 10
years
Empanelment
Must be empanelled with CAG
(Comptroller & Auditor General)
(not required for Cost Accountant firms)
Local Presence
Must have office in the
district/division applied for
Relevant Experience
Must have done audits
of:
Bank branch audits or
tax audits do NOT count.
5. Manpower
At least 1 full-time
FCA/CMA partner
At least 5 semi-qualified staff
6. Financial Strength
Minimum turnover
requirement (last 3 years)
Positive net worth for last 3 years
Not eligible if:

Must include:

No advance payment
Payment based on quoted fee
Fee must include all expenses
No extra payment for travel, staff,
printing, etc.
