NOTICE INVITING APPLICATION FOR EMPANELMENT OF
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT FIRMS FOR CONDUCTING
QUARTERLY CONCURRENT INTERNAL AUDIT OF UNITS
OF OFDC LTD FOR THE FY 2025-26, FY 2026-27 and FY 2027-28.
1. Firm Registration
Requirements
- Must be a Chartered Accountant Firm with Head
Office in Odisha.
- Minimum 12 years of existence from date of ICAI
registration.
- Must be a Partnership/LLP firm.
2. Partner & Staff Strength
- Minimum 2 FCA Partners.
- Minimum 2 ACA Partners.
- Total qualified persons (Partners + qualified
assistants) ≥ 10.
- Minimum 10 Article Clerks / CMTs / paid staff
(Commerce graduates).
3. Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Statutory Audit /
Internal Audit.
- Must be C&AG empanelled for audit of companies.
- Must have conducted audit of Govt. Company /
Central or State PSU:
- Annual turnover ≥ ₹200 crore,
- In at least 2 out of last 5 years,
- Preferably multi-location audits.
- Must attach appointment letters as proof.
4. Disqualifications /
Restrictions
- Firm or partners must not be associated with OFDC
Ltd in any professional capacity in last FY 2024–25.
- Firm/partners must not be debarred by OFDC, any
PSU, ICAI, or ICMAI in last 5 years.
- Should not suffer from any legal/professional
disqualification.
5. Other Mandatory Conditions
- All supporting documents must be submitted with
Forms 1–4.
- Entire application must be signed, stamped, and
page-numbered.
- Application fee: ₹1,180 (DD) as per Page 3.
