Eligibility (Key Points):

·         CA/CMA Firm/LLP with minimum 15 years experience.

·         Must be CAG/RBI empanelled.

·         HO/Branch in Visakhapatnam required.

·         Minimum 3 full-time CA/CMA partners, each with 10+ years PQE; at least 1 partner with CISA/DISA.

·         Minimum ₹1 crore average turnover (last 3 years).

·         Experience of minimum 2 years internal audit in Ports/PSU/Govt. orgs with turnover >₹410.50 crore.

Scope of Work (Highlights):

·         Continuous internal audit of all departments: Traffic, Finance, HR, Mechanical, Civil, Marine, Medical, Stores, etc.

·         Detailed checking of revenue billing, SAP transactions, procurement, contracts, inventory, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, TDS/GST compliance, payroll, agreements, and PPP revenue.

·         Mandatory monthly/quarterly physical verifications (cash, stores, assets).

·         Quarterly reports with strict timelines.

Manpower Requirements:

·         Minimum deployment:

o    1 CA/CMA,

o    5 CA/CMA Inter,

o    4 B.Com staff,

o    Partner must frequently visit and supervise.

Payment:

·         Quarterly payment after submission of final audit report.

·         All expenses (travel, lodging, stationery) included in the quoted price.
