The audit will ascertain how Telangana State-owned DISCOMs:

·         TGSPDCL (Southern Power)

·         TGNPCL (Northern Power)

continued to operate without receiving the full subsidy amount from the Government of Telangana during FY 2015-16 to FY 2023-24.
