A CA firm is eligible only if it meets ALL of the following:

• C&AG-empaneled (FY 2024–25)
• Partnership firm with min. 2 partners (1 FCA)
• 10+ years old
• Average turnover ≥ ₹10 lakh
• Completed 3 similar Govt audits in J&K in last 3 years
• Has office in J&K for last 3 years
• Not blacklisted
• Has required staff and documents
• Achieves technical score ≥ 60/100
