·       Average turnover ≥ ₹3 crore in last 3 financial years.

5. Profit Condition

·       Firm must be profit-making in at least 2 of the last 3 years.

6. Staff Requirement

·       Minimum 10 CA/ICMA professionals

·       At least 2 partners

·       2 DISA qualified

·       15 articles/semi-qualified assistants.

7. Location

·       Registered office in Delhi-NCR

·       At least 4 professionals stationed in Delhi.

8. Registrations

·       Valid PAN and GST registration.

9. Undertakings

·       No conflict of interest

·       Not insolvent / blacklisted

·       Compliance with government procurement rules.
