1. Nature of Work
- Conduct
Secretarial Audit of MPPMCL for FY 2025–26
- Scope
includes compliance verification under:
- Companies
Act, 2013 / 1956
- Secretarial
Standards (ICSI)
- Other
applicable laws
- Submission
of audit report in prescribed format (MR-3)
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Bidder
must be:
- Practicing
Company Secretary (PCS) OR
- Firm
of PCS (Peer Reviewed)
- Experience
requirements:
- Minimum
8 years continuous practice (as on 31.03.2026)
- At
least 3 Secretarial Audits of PSU in last 5 years
- Must
submit documentary proof (audit reports MR-3)
3. Firm Requirements
- Must
be a peer-reviewed PCS firm
- Audit
must be conducted by the same firm (no outsourcing allowed)
- Lead
partner/proprietor must supervise the audit
- Required
disclosures in Annexure II & III
4. Advance Requirement
- No
advance payment
will be given
- Contractor
must bear all initial costs
5. Location Requirement
- Work
to be executed at:

Office of MPPMCL
- Shakti
Bhawan, Rampur, Jabalpur (M.P.)
